Processing Time & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination. You can view the exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. Shipping costs will automatically update.
Shipping & Handling
We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, and Christmas.
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days (may vary during holidays)
- Flat Shipping Rate: $5.99 for Standard Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days (domestic) or longer for international orders

- Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia: 10-30 business days
- Mexico, Central & South America: 15-30 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-30 business days
Late Deliveries
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to incorrect addresses, customs procedures, or severe weather. Polaters Store is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to update the tracking system.
Multiple Items
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately to ensure faster delivery.
Missing Confirmation Emails
If you haven’t received any order confirmation, it could be due to an incorrect email address. Please contact us to fix the issue.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that APO orders may take up to 45 additional days and tracking may not be available for security reasons.
