Refund and Returns Policy

If you receive a defective product, please email us at [email protected] for assistance. We will refund or reprint your order at no cost under the following conditions:

  • The product is flawed.

  • The product’s type or size does not match your order.

What Should You Do?
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order/invoice ID and a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund requests will be processed within 1-3 business days, and approved refunds are typically received within 2-3 business days.

Returns
If you receive the wrong or defective items, there’s no need to return them. We will issue a refund within 2-3 business days.

No Refunds or Returns for the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address, failure to receive delivery, or unclaimed packages.
  • Delays due to customs, natural disasters, or if the tracking shows “delivered.”

Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, but a 10% processing fee will apply. After this period, we cannot cancel the order.

Exchanges & Compensation
