HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Simply choose your favorite Charm Handmade style on the product page, click “Add To Cart,” and follow the easy checkout steps. Once your order is placed, we’ll prepare it and notify you when it’s on the way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to update in the shipping carrier’s system. If it doesn’t work within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us for assistance.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), contact us for support, and we’ll assist you promptly.
